Woven by KLyN started with a simple belief: pet care should feel personal, not transactional. I'm Kristina — I've had a love of animals since I was a little girl, growing up with dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, and every kind of small fuzzy critter in between. I apprenticed on a cattle farm in Stockton, NJ, working hands-on with cows, chickens, sheep, and rabbits; I've volunteered at animal rescues caring for stray and injured animals; and I've worked in veterinary hospitals. Woven by KLyN LLC has been officially registered in New Jersey since 2014, backed by 25 years of hands-on animal care experience overall.
Today, I live on a small farm in Whitehouse Station with my own 2 dogs, 4 cats, and a flock of chickens/ducks/geese/turkeys/guineas — and I run Woven by KLyN out of that same home, where boarding guests get a real household routine instead of a kennel run. I'm independently bonded and insured, First Aid/CPR certified, and registered with the Pet Sitters Association, the Pet Professional Guild, and the IAABC (International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants) — that last one reflects a genuine interest in animal behavior, not just a badge, which is part of why I take screening and fit so seriously.
I keep my roster small on purpose. That means I can learn each pet's quirks, keep a consistent routine, and give you real updates — not a form text. If that sounds like the kind of care you want for your pet, I'd love to meet you both.

How Booking Works
The process
1. Reach out — tell me about your pet, your dates, and what you're looking for.
2. Meet & greet — we meet at your home (or mine, for boarding) so I can meet your pet, talk through their routine, and make sure it's a good fit on both sides.
3. Confirm & book — once we're both comfortable, I'll send a simple care agreement and lock in your dates.
4. Ongoing care — updates and photos during every stay or visit, and a debrief when you're back.
I keep my client list small, so I'm not able to accept every inquiry — this isn't about being exclusive for its own sake, it's what lets me give the pets I do care for consistent, unhurried attention.
