In-Home Boarding

Your pet stays with me, in my home in Whitehouse Station — sleeping indoors, on a routine, with one-on-one attention instead of a kennel run. I take a limited number of boarding guests at a time so every pet gets a calm, low-stress stay, and roughly 90% of my stays include photo updates along the way.

  • $75/night — one dog

  • $100/night — two dogs from the same household, or a single puppy

  • +$50 late-pickup fee for departures after 12pm

  • Best for: pets who are comfortable around people and, ideally, other resident animals (confirmed at your meet-and-greet)

Where your pet stays

This is genuinely one of your strongest differentiators — worth featuring prominently rather than burying it. Most in-home boarders offer a room in a house; you're offering a private apartment.

  • A small farm/ranch property in Whitehouse Station, with resident pets: 2 dogs, 5 cats, a rabbit, a cavy, and chickens/ducks/geese/turkeys/guineas

  • Most boarding guests stay in a private one-bedroom apartment on the property — their own separate space, with their own crate, bed, and toys

  • For pets who get along well with my own resident dogs, staying in the main house is sometimes an option instead

  • Unfenced yard — outdoor time is on-leash

  • Non-smoking household

  • We have young children in the home

  • House rule: pets aren't permitted on the beds

In-Home Pet Sitting Visits

I come to your home for feeding, playtime, and companionship while you're at work or away — so your pet stays in their own familiar environment and routine instead of adjusting to somewhere new.

  • $35/visit — typically 20-30 minutes, depending on your pet's needs

  • Visits scheduled between 9am-6pm; up to 3 visits/day available depending on location

  • Best for: pets who do best staying put in their own space

Doggy Day Care

  • $50 — pickup by 5:30pm

  • $75 — pickup after 5:30pm

Dog Walking

Reliable, solo walks — never a group pack walk — on a consistent daily schedule. I currently run a small, fixed-schedule walking roster (including a standing weekday Annandale route) to keep every walk on time, every time.

  • $35/walk — same rate and timeframe as a standard pet sitting visit

  • Extended/multi-dog walks: custom hourly rate — currently $65/hour for two dogs on a full-hour walk

  • Currently taking on 1-2 more weekday, midday walking clients along the Whitehouse Station–Annandale corridor — inquire about current availability

Door-to-Door Pickup & Drop-off

Available for boarding clients as needed — I pick your pet up from home and bring them back at the end of the stay, so boarding day feels effortless.

Usually $50 total for pickup and drop-off combined — exact cost depends on timing and location, so I'll confirm at booking
